FAQ

Questions land buyers actually ask.

Short answers for anyone reviewing vacant land, recreational parcels, and future cabin or homesite opportunities in Pennsylvania.

01

Do you currently have land for sale in Pennsylvania?

Yes — three parcels in Monroe County: two in Albrightsville (Tunkhannock Township) and one in the Arrowhead Lake community at Pocono Lake (Coolbaugh Township). Each listing shows acreage, parcel numbers, assessment and taxes from the county record, and says plainly what still needs checking.

02

Can I build a cabin or a home on vacant land?

Sometimes. It depends on zoning, legal access, septic and perc results, well and driveway permits, setbacks, and township or county requirements. Confirm your intended use before you buy, not after.

03

What should I ask before buying land?

Legal access and road frontage, utilities, zoning and permitted uses, taxes, parcel boundaries, easements, floodplain and wetlands, septic options, and how the sale will close. The buyer guide walks through these in order.

04

Do you offer financing?

It depends on the parcel. Land buyers typically use cash, a bank or land loan, or seller financing where the seller is open to it. Ask about a specific parcel and we will tell you what is possible.

05

Are the property details guaranteed?

No. No website summary should replace your own due diligence. Verify everything through county records, municipal offices, title review, and qualified local professionals before you commit money.

06

How do I get the property sheet?

Ask. Tell us which parcel and what you would use it for, and we will send what has been confirmed so far, including a note on what has not.

Want details on a parcel?
